  : The two bedroom apartments are very spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The location is superb. The tram to the city centre (7 minutes) is right outside. The lake is a short walk (5 minutes) away. The area is vibrant, but not too busy. Lots of lovely restaurants, cafes, bars, and bakeries, in very close proximity. The proprietors are extremely helpful and very friendly people.We have stayed here several times before and love it.

  : The host did not come across us with professional acumens. For below reasons:1. The host mistaken us with another customer because we "look like" that particular name of the customer. She had had many clues NOT to assume, on top of the professional conduct in the industry is you actually must ask who we are when we arrived. She informed us a specific numbered parking slot around a half an hour before we arrived, we were texting and so she knew we were on our way....as soon as we arrived she said we parked in a wrong parking slot - that's because although she had texted us 30 mins beforehand, she assumed we were the other customer. THEN, she told us we booked for 2 people only... I said "really?" (because I was very sure I did not) she went replying confidently that I did...although she said she will check again & when she was we saw on her computer she was checking the other customer's information and only that we could say where she made the mistake. Then she said, "for Eur*&ean people like us, you look like Mr (name). I believe this is not a professional business conduct and I can even bring another issue in with this matter. She did apologise and we are laid back so did not make a big deal about it. But it does not mean this is acceptable generally and especially in the industry she does her business in (hospitality and service). We felt uncomfortable.2. The host and a cleaner came to our room the next morning. She mentioned to us before that she will do housekeeping. I was grateful but when she came, I was sick, was resting & needed privacy. I told her that but she was adamant I could have a rest while they were cleaning. Her body language came across to me more like she was going to inspect our room rather than just cleaning and that made me feel uncomfortable. We should have an option to decline the housekeeping when we do not feel like to, don't we?

  : This is a friendly, family run establishment. The hosts are very welcoming and very helpful in providing information about their city and their neighboorhood. The hotel is steps away from the tram stop which provides you rapid access to the city. If we return to Zurich, we would try to stay here again.
  : The laundry facility for the hotel rooms are first-rate but be aware that you will need to book access to the laundry and that it is an additional charge.
