  : Great view overlooking the lake Lucerne. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
  : Internet was not available and very bad. One room did not have tv remote.

  : breakfast was great. the view from the bedroom was good too.
  : unclean. bathroom floor and balcony was dirty. no air conditioning and very hot in summer. no refrigerator (poor facilities). location is 40 minute drive from Lucerne centre. parking is an additional cost to consider to the already expensive nightly stay cost.

  : It’s a great location right next to the lake in Luzern. Quiet and perfect for a isolated getaway. If you love to swim in summer and enjoy the backdrop of surrounding mountains.
  : The staff were unprofessional with the exception of Emmanuella who was quite helpful. Spiderweb infested rooms with insects trapped, bloody stains on the ceiling’s and walls obviously from killed insects. Breakfast is the worst I have ever had in any hotel/accommodation. I kept smelling cigarette in my bedroom from staff smoking outside on the staircase next to my room with the exit door constantly open

  : It's a squize and throw away business model. Don't forget to wash the flor, specially under the bed where the insects like to settle in the dust. I don't recommend you to order breakfast. Don't hesitate to tell your south originating neigbours not to chat loud on the balkony I hope you also not the one who does not care about neighbors. There is capsules cofee machine in the room, the personal can give you additional cupsules if you ask. In this area it's a cheap hotel for backpackers with beautiful view. However if you plan to spend a romantic time at a beautiful place just follow above advices or find two time costlier hotel.

  : Lovely hotel, clean rooms with glorious views over the lake. Quiet rooms and surrounding area. Room balcony is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views of the lake.
  : The bathroom has a glass wall with mirrored wardrobe opposite!!! This means that anyone in the room or entering the room can see straight into the bathroom and anything you may be doing in there, including using the toilet!!!!!!
