  : I liked the story, the design and the spa and hamman was lovely as well as front desk staff.
  : It was soulless, completely dead. Like a morgue. Yet it was still in season? But despite the absence of any energy, i couldnt get ANY appointments for anything across the 2 days I was there. So it was rather a waste of time & money - I didnt find it enjoyable.

  : The pianist in the evening is so professional! I like the atmosphere of the bar.
  : I didn't like the manager and one blonde receptionist there. The room temperature is very cold, it is near 21.5 degrees all night and their system can't be adjusted higher. So I literally got a unpleasant cold while sleeping in the room. I even asked two more blankets at night but it is still cold. When we went to check out at 5:50 am ( it was so cold and I had to shorten my plan and go home), the blonde receptionist and the manager refused to do anything and even told us that we should have complained harder. If we don't complain more than 2 times, that means the problem was not that serious. Sure, according to them. I booked a short weekend holiday and paid 250 chf just for the room in order not to sleep but kept calling and complaining entire evening. For me, mentioning once is enough when it's a problem and I expect a solution. I am booking a hotel room to relax not to consume more of my energy. In the end, I decided not to waste my energy and just pay and leave. But I am not satisfied at all with this kind of service mindset and won't not recommend it to anyone. The service attitude doesn't fit to four stars. When a client comes to speak with you about something, you should think what's wrong in fact and is that anything we can do but NOT hey I don't hear you complain enough earlier so I don't think it's the problem. Then you probably don't suit the service industry. In any case, I can just pay and move on but they still have to do this job. So I have nothing to be mad about and here I am just to complain as I learnt from them. :)

  : Beautiful setting, spacious rooms, wellness facilities immaculately clean. Outside pool is small but beautiful
  : The staff at the reception area were very friendly. The staff at the wellness area were arrogant and unsympathetic regarding a cancellation. When you book a wellness holiday and all the cosmetics and therapists are fully booked, this is disappointing
