  : In our reservation we asked for a non-smoking room but a smoking room assigned, the card reader at the reception didn't work, no one were available at the reception, it took more than one hour until hotel remotely could open the room door for us but still we didn't have keys! The room has only one pillow for two people we called the reception and they told us we can pick pillow from a room behind the stairs but that rooms required a card key to open (that we didn't have), we called the number we had multiple times to tell them we can't access the storage for pillow but no one picked the phone. Can't get any worse

  : I could not enter the building, i did not received a convermacioncode to pay and to stay in the hotel It was very difficult to furfill all the question to pay so we went away again and slept in the car that night. I am 70 years and not so Handy with the computer so it was very difficult for me. And i did not succeded.

  : Online checkin went smootly. When I called the Hotel about an issue they picked up immediately.
  : First hotel room we have been given was not cleaned. Everything from the previous guests was still there. After I called they moved us to another room. In the new room the fan didnt work and the room was very hot.
