  : The "Vue des Alpes Hotel" has a good location. From the postbus stop to walk about 5 minutes. It was a second floor room without a balcony. There was a shower and a toilet. The toilet was not lockable by a fixed door. It was a sliding door. The toilet had a window.
  : We had already prepaid the room through the booking.com portal. Upon departure, the hotel owner told us that the booked room was not paid even though we had paid for the night via booking.com. Only when we showed the booking.com app we could convince the hotel owner that we had prepaid the accommodation costs. The food on the outside of the restaurant was no longer offered to us in the evening. Only on request we received the desired food which was offered on the outside panel.

  : Beautiful room although a bit small, not enough room for luggage. Good location.
  : EV charging was listed as free on website. Upon asking to use the charger I was not told otherwise, only on checkout the staff presented me with a fee and argued that it was listed elsewhere on the website. I only charged 15 kWh and inwas charged 15 euros, this is absurd. Indeed elsewhere on the website the fee is listed, but we checked under room details and here it was listed as free. I presented a screenshot of this and the staff simply said that is old information.

  : Once arrived you meet the friendly staff who are ready to help you while breakfast is included, lunch and dinner are purchased separately. The staff make great efforts to speak multiple languages and the rooms are cleaned every day.The rooms are clean but also spacious and they give extra towels too. The food is great and the hotel is nice and safe.
  : The hotel is located in a remote place so it's far with public transportation.There's an extra tax added at the very end but tell only tell you when you check out.
