  : Just the most AWFUL and disappointing hotel experience we had. TO AVOID! We left after 2 nights because it was unbearable but we initially planned to stay longer. This hotel is very overrated and we booked it because rating was good. I would be ashamed to provide such a poor hospitality service and charge guests around 200fr per night and call myself a 3-star htel. -uncomfortable beds with very soft matelasses and flat pillows (back pain and sleepless nights are guaranteed ). There are no dark curtains on windows so you will wake up with first lights in the morning. -no sound isolation at all. You hear everyone walking in corridors, taking stairs, what happens on the streets, how your neighbors are walking and talking, how they take shower and use toilet. -there is just nothing in the room, no shampoo, no shower gel, no cups/glasses, no kettle. When we went down to reception around 20h30 to ask if we can get some basic items, the owners of hotel were already resting in their pyjamas and they looked very disturbed. Owners are a senior couple and they do not look to be in a very good health to manage hotel and interact with guests. -towels are very old and very well used, grey/yellow in the shower cabin there are black mushroom because of humidity. -wellness center is awful. Very old and in bad state. Jacuzzi is cold, sauna is also cold. -breakfast is awful. No options of whatever: old bread, dry croissants, yogurts are not kept in cold and taste like they are gone (well if they stay for few days for several hours in warm temperature its expected), no fresh fruits just looking at it spooks appetite. The owners fries eggs on pen in the breakfast room so there is the smell of eggs and burnt butter. -horrible smell of old wet carpets everywhere, especially in the corridors. But room also smelled badly.

  : Very attentive staff, helpful and welcoming. Great sauna/hammam/jacuzzi area/rest area, to relax after ski day, clean and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with staff preparing eggs done upon demand, fresh food, variety and local products. Room and hotel were clean and super quiet, great to relax. Conveniently located next to Saas Almagell Dorfplatz bus stop (to get to Saas Fee).
  : Although hotel lacks of modernity, all the services and warm atmosphere completely mitigate that.
