  : The room is very small and there is no closet. Breakfast can be better. No vegetables are served. The drive from the main road to the hotel is very narrow and dangerous.

  : The location was amazing and you can't beat that food
  : I booked via booking. I'm not sure who made the error, booking or the hostel. But I got the room for way cheaper than I should have, I got it for about 25 chf a night! I was at the end of my 30 trip in europe so money was very tight ao I picked this due to the price alone. However, the hotel noticed this on my 2nd to last day. They came to me and said it should of been higher, and were trying to ask for more money for the room. That seemed unprofessional that they would ask for money once the purchase has been finalized. We eventually said it was okay it wasn't my fault. Then when I went to check put there were tons of extra on my bill, like breakfast everyday day for 20 CHF, adding 60 more to my bill. I tried to dispute this, because i was never told i was paying for breakfast or at the veey leaat i would have went and got what I was paying for. On booking.com it said breakfast was included. I understand I got the room for cheap but that wasn't my fault, and I shouldn't have been punished for it. I ran out of money after this stay because I had everything budgeted for what I had *agreed* to purchase. It seemed like they were trying to find away to make me pay for the mistake they made.

  : The location is amazing, which a breathtaking view over the Thunersee. Staff were polite and professional; the room big and nice, with a nice terrace. Dinner at the restaurant was really good, all dished were rich and very tasty. During the dinner where was a wedding dinner on the main room; which is separated from the restaurant just from a windowed door. The two spaces were so perfectly built and insulated that nothing could be felt: impressive!!!! Breakfast buffet, was rich and good.

  : It was a great experience overall.Amazing view on the lake and mountains from the hotel/room, location of the hotel (close to Interlaken, Grindelwald, Lauterbrunnen, etc.), very good breakfast, staff was very kind, free parking, elevator in the hotel, etc.The little hike going to the panoramic bridge (20min by walk from the hotel) is very nice.
