  : It was a nice and contemporary apartment, in an old building situated in the city center, with a view of the castle through the back windows (we got the top floor unit). Just be prepared to go up and down some stairs.The apartment has a small but very functional kitchen that has all the essentials (except, extra trash bags)We appreciate that electrical adaptors/extension cords were stored in one of the drawers and there were more than enough towels (and paper towels) available.Location-wise, it was just a short walk to the castle, the shops, and the lake.
  : Just a few details that we wanted to point out:1. No elevator - We did not realize that the apartment we booked was at the top floor so we had to carry our luggages three floors up. Maybe we overlooked this when we were booking the place, but it would be nice if this fact can be emphasized or if future guests are reminded upon booking so they will come prepared. 2. Stained bowl- While the rest of the place was clean, the toilet bowl in our apartment has a brown stain that made everyone uncomfortable using it (a good cleansing agent could have easily resolved this).Other than these though, everything was great.

  : Great location at fringe of old town walkable from train station and lakeside, well enough equipped for a short stay, good sofa, good checkin/checkout system, solid wifi.
  : Overpriced esp. at full rate. Proximity to heavy traffic. Bathroom super old. Room had been smoked in which you still smell when returning to it after a few hours. No castle view despite the name (its very close by though). Requires photo of id and credit card before checkin which is a bit unusual.

  : Spacious room with bright outlook. Comfortable bed in good repair in tenrally.
  : Bathroom was dirty with hair in the basin. The area around the block is very noisy, Do not expect to sleep before midnight. There is no fire escape route, and only one smoke detector and small fire extinguisher in the stair well. If there was a fire jumping form the window onto the stone road below is the only real option in the absence of fire crew. Front door is not locked at night. One of the blinds in my room had broken off so it was not possible to get the room dark.

  : The bed was comfortable and pillows were ok. The room has most of what you need. The location for downtown Neuchatel was very good!
  : We had garbage left in a cupboard from a previous occupant, and the music festival was literally outside our room. Techno and House music....It was very loud until midnight and it was very warm so openning windows did not work well due to the loud music. We did not expect this.

  : The Check-in was very easy, even though I have arrived quite late. A simply called the host and he explained were the key was and what code I had to enter to get it. The location was as promised very close to the center which was super nice. On the window side of the studio is a busy road but with closed windows I didn't hear any traffic anymore.
  : The room wasn't dirty but I felt it could've been a bit cleaner. There is a kitchen in the studio but don't go shopping without checking what utensils you have available. I only bought myself a salad which I wanted to eat in the apartment but there wasn't any cutlery and I don't think I saw any pans or pots either. All in all I'd say it was a bit overpriced for what you get.

  : Noisy area of town Keybox for key was unlabelled, found a cleaning leady that pointed us in the right direction. Parking is on payement only at local carpark, not included.

  : The location was in centre of town and close to station. The apartment was a reasonable size. Beds were comfortable. A washing machine/ tumble drier was available but I didnt use so I cant comment. Checkout was easy
  : It was hot but had 2 fans. One did not really work. Told that code was available from 1pm but in fact when arrived at 2pm told not possible to check in early as this could lead to me making a mess and leaving before official check and creating risk for property of me not remaining for booking even though property was prepaid. Why not just say code will be available from 3pm and staff were still busy cleaning? That said cleaning staff were friendly and let us in at the check in time as our phone battery was depleted and I was struggling to access the email.
