Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
  : There was nothing to like about this hotel - i have stayed in over 200 hotels and apartments in switzerland over the past 20 years, and this is hands down an absolutely worse value in the whole country. I can only guess how the relatively positive "rating" was organized... I paid CHF150 a night. For 25% more you can stay in best 4-star hotels in Meiringen, for 25% less - in "cheap lodge" (that feels like a palace in comparison).
  : Uncomfortable, hot, noisy, run down, ugly, terrible 70-s design and "comfort" (shower w/o shower tray), pillows feel like rugs full of rugs...The most skimpy breakfast ever - bread, butter, jam and 2 kinds of cheapest "salami". Most terrible coffee, that does not contain any coffee. Smug stuff - clearly pleased they fooled you, the stupid tourist (obviously no swiss tourists in this one).

  : There is possibility for late check in. Breakfast was nice.
  : As in present time internet is very important, it will be nice to have WiFi password in the room. Also keep in mind that in Switzerland special soccets, so take adapter with you. Toilet and shower is on one room and it is for 6 rooms!!!

  : hotel out of town, and not far away either, which is nice. easy to find with big private parking place. old house but fully renovated, clean. restaurant available if you wish.
  : breakfast buffet may look a bit light. but it was good!

  : Breakfast was good. There is ample parking space for car. Night view of Waterfall from parking is mesmerizing. Also you can do a Astrophotography of Milky way as the sky looks much clear.
  : Room was compact. Shared bathroom didn't had any exhaust fan. Also the bathroom/toilet was compact in side.

  : The property was on the outside of town and had a nice restaurant. Breakfast was very good and the host was very nice and very creative.

  : The location is beautiful. We could see a waterfall from our room and saw a beautiful sunset from the play area behind the hotel. Dinner was delicious.
  : We could hear a lot of noise in the hallway from our room. Bathroom is small. Breakfast did not have many options.
