  : The location is wonderful; we had views of the lake and were close to the center as well.
  : It must have been a Grand Hotel once but it definitely needs some renovations in places. Interestingly, male staff were very helpful and cheerful (the waiters especially) whereas one young woman at reception and waitresses seemed grumpy and stressed.

  : Temperature room very very cold, because no heather and never sunny then not comfortable, no view, then to expensiv 250.- is to much!

  : The location across the street from Lucerne lake. 4 bus stops away from the main train station.
  : The amount of bugs that were in the room, cobwebs on the ceiling. I understand due to the high heat at the time bugs are enviable especially since we could close our windows at night (no AC). However, cobwebs should be cleaned out from ceiling corners in between guest stays at least .

  : Prior to booking we phoned property to understand the type of room and to understand if they offered Air conditioning. They stated yes and we moved forward with our booking. Upon check in we were told they sold out their parking garage and that we had to park down the street an 8min walk to which we spent $100 for over night parking. In addition once we go to our room without any assistance by a bell man or hotel staff we found no air conditioning but a fan. The room was incredibly hot and despite putting the fan in the window to draw in cooler air we were then left with bugs inside as no screens which is common. In addition there are very very few electrical outlets and the few that existed didn't work so we were forced to decide do we want the fan running or do we want to charge phones. Overall we were very disappointed especially having paid $500 a night.
