  : The sink in the bathroom drained very, very slowly. No reaction from Quokka after leaving voice mail. In the same voice mail, I mentioned that someone had parked in our space and asked for advice no reaction.

  : 1) friendliness of the people - I had questions they were quickly answered and someone came to explain 2) very spacious apartment, but no atmosphere (just a place to sleep) 3) grocery store close 4) location is really central, easy to reach places by walking
  : 1) Description how to pick up the key is in Italian and it was not really clear to me how the process works. A friendly person I met by accident helped. 2) check out at 10:00 :( - yes, it is written in the description, but still .. 3) Parking the car in the underground parking garage, you need nerves, skills unless you have a truly small car. Be carefull when opening the car doors, they might hit at the bottom the metal cage 4) checkout with car: you need the remote control to get the car out, so you have to go back in the apartment after getting the car out, to bring back the remote control 5) Wifi-password: very safe and looooooong to type
