Featuring a ski-to-door access the Hotel Restaurant Waldhaus enjoys a quiet location just 150 metres from the Torrent Cable Car and the Alpentherme Spa. Guests can also enjoy free use of the Gemmi cable car. Tennis squash and badminton courts are also available free of charge.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the entire Waldhaus Hotel. All rooms have been entirely renovated and are equipped with an LCD cable TV and a DVD player. You can start the day with a rich buffet breakfast and end it with a 6-course dinner in the restaurant's dining room if you booked half board (not available on Tuesdays in summer).

The summer terrace offers panoramic mountain views. Interlaken is a 3-hour drive away.

: The hotel was very small and cozy with a remarkable breakfast buffet (complete with sparkling wine!), excellent service, and vouchers that we could use for the attractions in the surrounding area. The location is perfect across the street from the thermal baths and within walking distance to the cable car. Great place to stay!

: Leukerbad was a little down because of Covid, but still the owner and staff did everything they could to make our stay pleasant. Their dedication to wellbeing of the guests is quite exceptional. The hotel dinner is very high quality. Views are awesome. Leukerbad is famous for the millions of liters of 51 degree C springwater per day that feed numerous spa's and pools. they are all in walking distance as is the ski lift to main ski area.
: Not a real negative but please realize that there is no pool or Spa or Gym at the hotel itself, The tickets included with the roomrate are for the Walliser Therme and the Torrent Skilift which are both about 200m from the hotel (not 50m like is suggested by some). So the Hotel is very central to both but it is a small walk.
