: The hotel is located outside the town, it is quite and a perfect place to go for a walk after dinner and gaze at the stars. The restaurant was also great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and we chose this location for a comfortable start to hike Schilthorn. It was a perfect weekend.

: Very disappointing. We booked a room at 10am (the same day as we should have checked in) and didnt see any message about using a train and a cable cart and then walk to be able to reach the hotel. Since we travelled with our 5 month old son. Its not recommended to sleep or go to high altitude with him. We found it out when we put the address to the navigation and then called the hotel. We explained our situation and kindly asked for a refund since we were afraid of taking our son to such altitude. We were told that they will think about it but unfortunately in a few days they charged us the full amount.
