  : -all the details are taken care of -fully equipped kitchen, oven, dishwasher, fondue and raclette sets as well as all the basics like salt, spices, tea, coffee, etc -clean and comfortable -towels provided-sauna and indoor heated pool-bedroom with en-suite bathroom
  : -its a one bedroom flat, the other is a pull out bed in the living room with a sliding curtain. The beds are comfortable but doesnt offer a lot of privacy

  : Not enough garbage bags, paper towels and toilet paper..towels were kind of musty, not so fresh..apt was somewhat dusty..ie: furniture, floors behind sofa's etc. etc...pillows far too soft for my liking..

  : Well equipped, many kitchen utensils including raclette and fondue sets, nespresso coffee machine, among other goodies. The apartment is nicely decorated and in very convenient location. Shuttle bus to ski slopes just 2 min away. The swimming pool, sauna and gym are good and is working well with pre-booked timeslots in Covid times. Flexible check-out was also a good touch
  : Is important to note that the German description of the apartment is correct (2.5 Zimmer) but for English speakers this is not two bedrooms - which was not clear. One of the double beds is in the living room (is an actual bed, not a sofa which is nice and there is a cortine for privacy).

  : Communication with the host was easy. We came with a baby and had a high chair and cot prepared for us. The apartment is big and well maintained. We had everything we needed from kitchen equipment. One of the advantages is sauna, which can be used for free (but working from 14:00). A very nice trail for kids (1,5km) is in a walking distance from the apartment (15min).
  : Some things can be definitely improved. When we arrived, there were no trash plastic bags in the apartment. I had to go to a shop, which is close by to buy a special bag. It is good that the shop has those special individual bags, otherwise you have to buy a roll of them, which is pricey. We stayed 3 nights and had only two toilet paper rolls. We stayed in various places in Switzerland and usually hosts have some spare rolls. Parking in the garage is somewhat tricky and might be an issue for not very experienced drivers. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the apartment but no capsules. If Coop pronto supermarket is not counted, the closest one is in Flims (15min by bus or so).
