  : I was grateful that the receptionist spoke good English and was relaxed about staying a little later when we were stuck in traffic. When we arrived, one of the beds was not made up, but the staff delivered us an extra set of sheets. The accommodation itself was convenient with a very nice kitchen and bathrooms.
  : The pillows were not great but this seems to be normal for Switzerland! The parking had a very sharp bend which was so difficult to navigate we kept the car there all week. The bus service was only hourly in the morning between 8.30 and 12.30, and then in the evening 14.30 until 1730 which cramped our style a bit until we found the excellent e-shuttle service in the Laax app - it would be worth adding it to the details so guests are aware they can get back from resort restaurants easily.
