  : Appartment was 5 minutes stroll from West Railway station. Town center just 10 minutes stroll and supermarket just around the corner of the appartment. Location was excellent getaway to outdoor activities especially hiking. The appartment was spacious and confortable with kitchen complete with all cooking utilities.
  : Smoke detectors not fitted in the appartment. I found out that this is not mandatory in Switserland for private houses but I would say it is strongly recommended. I think this could be easily fixed.

  : The staff wasn't responsive on the day I checked in. Had to gave the hotel several calls and even had rejected calls from them.

  : The host had a terrible communication, he just gave the check in information one hour after the check in time, apartment with lots if damage, lights broken, plugs broken, only a little bit of washing product that only would last 1 day for 4 people(we were 5 nights) parking place with some material that make a good parking impossible. When i show the host this problems he simple ignore me and my concerns, not changing the broken lights neither the washing product, simply read the message and not answering to it. The cleaning was terrible. Dust accumulated for weeks, spider webs everywhere and a terrible smell. A terrible experience. Dont go there.

  : The bed was big. The location was very close to a train station and a Lidl. WiFi connection was good.
  : The oven was so dirty it was absolutely unusable. The layer of burned fat was multiple centimetres thick. Sometimes you heard the sound of either mouses or cokroaches running inside the walls but this did not bother me personally since they were not in the room itself. Refrigerator made annoying sounds from time to time. I have never seen the staff. The front door was just open and after contacting the owner on WhatsApp I got a code which gave access to a locker which contained my room key. For me this was no problem, but I had to help other guests who did not know how to get in or know how to use WhatsApp. To get check-in instructions you will have to actively contact the owner, you will not recieve it automatically.
