  : Nothing except for the tips regarding places to visit from Vald when we arrived.
  : Everything. I will give a detailed review of my stay below which i hope will help fellow travellers to decide if they wish to stay here. Do not book this place due to the high score ratings like i did.I am rating this property according to the room and not regarding the service received. For travellers that wish to have a comfortable stay take note. I am given a room in the property that is super stuffy as there is no ventilation at all without aircon or fan. Came back late to my hotel on the first day only to find that it's impossible to sleep in such a stuffy room like this. Whatsapp the owner to ask for a fan and till the last day of my stay, there is no reply at all. Property is old and in my opinion, not very well maintained. Its more of a chalet than a hotel to me. In singapore, most of us book chalets during your teenage years to bbq/bond with your friends and you don't really care about the comfort level as its cheap with very basic amenities. Hotel sterne gave me the exact feeling.Property itself does not have a window but a balcony which you will not want to open while you are asleep as the balcony is "shared" with other occupants of the property and only separated by what i presumed is diy dividers. Other occupants could very easily climb through it and enter your room while you are asleep. I know switzerland is safe. But sorry, as a traveller, i am not taking risks. For risk takers, please take note. Even if you are open to the possibility of someone entering your room from the balcony when you are asleep, you will be swarmed with flies with buzzing sound all around you. We decided to closed the balcony door on our entire trip after dozens of flies flew in.Room have no power sockets. Even both table lamp they put beside the bed cannot be switched on due to the lack of power sockets. Not sure why they put the lamp there if its not operate-able. In place of the wall socket is a face plate with multiple holes punched into it.

  : Loved the view from our apartment! The location was great, very quiet and peaceful. The bus to and from Interlaken was easy (about 25mins each way). Vlad was an amazing host and very knowledgeable for activities within Interlaken and surrounding areas.

  : Beautiful view from the room Spacious Friendly welcome
  : Restaurant was closed and no breakfast so it felt more like an apartment than a hotel room Somewhat expensive because of the point above

  : Quiet and picturesque location. Vlad was very helpful and kind. It was also good that there was hiking gear to borrow, if required. Bus service is reliable and around 20-25 mins to Interlaken West. Room was a good size and the kitchen was a bonus.
