: The hosts provided exceptional service, convenient location to the bus stop, train stop, zermatt and restaurants. The breakfast was wonderful with a variety of options! The room was very clean!
: The room was pretty small with basic accommodations, the hot tubs also were not very warm and busy with swimming children.

The variety at breakfast, really prompt service, and the location close to the town center and very close to mountain gondolas are a great plus for a nice stay in beautiful Grachen! I appreciated the friendly atmosphere, and not to forget free parking places right at the hotel! Thank you for all!
