  : Breakfast was good and the staff were very nice. I was attending a conference, and it was very handy to jump on the tram and go directly to the Conference Centre. Pleasant walking distance down to the lake.
  : Room was a bit hot -but there was a fan and that helped.

  : Super location , Helpful staff , comfy bed and excellent breakfast.
  : At night noise comes to the property from nearby bar and restaurant which continues up till 4 am . No Air conditioning.

  : Staff needs to be more friendly. There was only 1 male staff at reception that was approachable. Overall, great location - close to the bus/train station and restaurants and malls.
  : Reception clerk needed to let me know of the free transportation card before even asking.

  : The vertical fan they leave in the room wasn't up to the job. It was so hot I had trouble sleeping. They are not ready for the current state of climate change, and even less prepared for the future. Incredibly tight bathroom, it's a good thing I'm not that fat.

  : It was in a great location, close to the lake and right next to the train station. The staff were friendly and stored my cases all day before my flight home which was super handy.
  : It was really hot in the room and throughout the building and much cooler outside. It was hard to sleep without air conditioning, but there was a fan provided which I put on the chair so it was closer to the bed. The plug sockets didnt seem safe beside the bed, they were in a headboard cutout and I feel like it may be a fire hazard over time. The shower was also very slim and short. Im 56 and I had to bend to stand under it to wash my hair.

  : Friendly staff, good location near the main station, room is comfortable and clean. They give you a free transportation card for Geneva
  : Breakfast has little varieties. Price is expensive with regard to the services provided.

  : Reception & housekeeping wonderfully efficient. Very good location as close to Geneva train station. 9 mins from airport to Geneva by train. 6 for two. Hotel 5 minute walk. Lift in hotel. Excellent bars, coffee shops & restaurants nearby, shop around as some very pricey. Rue de Zurich has nice ones and nearby dept store, Manor fab for shopping & eating, in and take out. Good supermarket also near junction close to hotel. Excellent walking distance to the Lake, do the boat trip for 16 pp. from quai Mont Blanc, or picnic in botanical gardens. Walk to Old Town for St Peters Cathedral and other pretty streets. Museums free so indulge. Mulligans Irish bar close by too and fabulous staff.
  : Room tired decor wise & too small. No AC. TV couldnt really be watched in comfort as set almost behind curtain on side wall. Overlooking busy bar which caused noise as had to have window open due to heat & no AC. No bathroom extractor either. Okay for one but too small a room for a modern double. Pillows too flat. Building works nearby woke up every morning early. Too much furniture in the room for its size, felt cluttered. No obvious terrace or residents lounge to use.
