  : It was too noisy! Room was old an smelly, walls are thin, you can hear everything from neighbors. During the night at 3 to 5 am you can here noise from the reception, they are watching movies and lounging, moving chairs around hall, etc. and housekeepers were loudly chatting in front the room every morning, before breakfast, when I asked them to stop, they start vacuum cleaning! The mini bar was locked, I asked at the reception to check why is that, they never did, but on check out asked me if I had something from the mini bar. WI Fi reception was just one corner of the room and it was imposible to work. The only decent thing was breakfast service - though just basic food the guy was nice and very attentive to the guests. The check in and out was fine too.

  : Maybe before a room is occupied everything could be checked to make sure it is working and in good order The hair dryer was workable but really needs fixing. The TV did not work. Not a big problem but avoidable.

  : I had an extremely unpleasant stay at this hotel. The most significant issue was the super-unfriendly team. Despite booking a non-smoking room, I found myself engulfed in the smoke from neighboring rooms. The team only attempted to find a solution after my complaint, but what was most disappointing was that no one took responsibility or offered any apologies for the inconvenience. The breakfast was also a disappointment, and I would not recommend this hotel. The only positive aspect of this stay was the location.
