  : Breakfast was very expensive, however you could get any breakfast you wanted. A great selection for a price was available.

  : A constantly (positivley) surprising hotel, full of lovely little perks and services. We requested on of the quieter rooms due to one of us being a troubled sleeper, and were pleasantly surprised at the silence provided by the room, despite the street noise etc in the middle of the day. The provision of water, mini-bar stock, toiletries, bath robes and bath slippers were all a highlight, so often missed by other hotels. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable that we've ever slept in during a trip or holiday abroad. We slept in late one morning due to the long day previously with early flights etc, and were pleasantly surprised to see our room cleaned (and as tidy as when we first arrived) when we returned from our lunch and afternoon out. Oyunaa's cleaning service of the room was fantastic, and it was so lovely to come back to re-straightened towels etc. The luggage storage service offered for pre/post check-in and check-out also makes the logistics of travelling much easier. Faultless. Wonderful service. Very friendly staff.
  : There was no reference on our booking to a 100CHF deposit upon arrival; this was not a problem, but it would have been nice if this was mentioned. The hotel was nicer than the street it was on, but it was still a good area. We were not asked how our stay was when we checked out. However, none of the above would stop me from staying here again.
