  : a friend had stayed before so I knew what to expect. The location was excellent, the breakfast was adequate - continental.
  : It took an age to check in to the hotel, which was very annoying. Geneva offers free travel card for the duration of one's stay. They should have sent an email with the QR code for the pass. They did not. The hotel knew nothing about it and when I insisted they had to call someone to receive an email which offered free travel pass for only one day. Not good enough.

  : The hotel is well located, the room is spacious and was clean (5p room), the staff is helpful and accomodating. We were given a city card and a map, and could go around with trams, busses and little boats. A very basic breakfast was included (bread, butter and nice croissants).
  : The 5p room is a bit too hot, works for me but didn't work for my partner, but it has ceiling fan and also a couple of portable ones. The room is outdated, in need of some basic renovation and small deco care.

  : Not all of our rooms had air conditioning or ceiling fans. Some rooms were very hot. Students didn't sleep well. Very tired the next day. We were only there overnight and the staff didn't get us the bus passes until the morning we were leaving.

  : The staff is very kind and helpful, they speak a variety of languages and are available for all necessities. There is a parking place available ( on payment ). Location is good, the Jetty Fountain can be reached in 10' walk.
  : The hotel is shabby and really unpleasant. The room we had was a quad, I had originally booked a triple, but had been offered an upgrade, which I accepted. In general, an up-grade should mean a better or better equipped room, in this case it only meant that instead of 3 beds there were 4, of which the double was a real bed, the others were camping cots, uncomfortable and creaky . The room was poorly furnished, with old and dilapidated furniture, bare walls, old bathroom fixtures, peeling in several places. The breakfast was the saddest I've ever had, a well-made cappuccino, but then only old or packaged croissants, a baguette, a packaged jam were also available. There was also a juice and 2/3 types of yogurt, all served in a dusty room furnished perhaps in the 70s of the last century, with plastic flowers on the table, full of dust. A terrible experience, we left early because we didn't like staying there. Geneva is definitely a very expensive city, but the price of this room was absolutely not in line with the service offered, it is not a 3 star hotel, 1 star would be more than adequate to describe the horrible environment. Not recommendable.

  : We had a room for four people. Even though the room was big, the ventilation was terrible. The air condition did not work at all, and it was difficult to sleep at night.
