  : The hotel is far away from the effretikon train station and their is proper road for guest to walk to hotel. The muddy track is very difficult to walk specially holding luggage. Furthermore, when you reach hotel you don't find even coffee small packet for one or two cup of coffee/tea. Guest are coming for all around the world their should be atleast one receptionist available to help in self check-in particularly during night hours. Their was no cleaning on day to day basis.Moreover no water bottle for drinking of guest was available in room.

  : Property completely isolated. No possibility to have breakfast/lunch/dinner. You need to discover a taxi company number to call and to pay 18+18 CHF to get to the nearest village to get you some food. The room was not cleaned from one day to the other. The property is un-attended for most of the day. There were no air conditioning working in the room. Forced to stay with windows open at night with noise in the street.

  : It's a very nice and quiet place, surrounded by forests. There are bike and walking paths over forested hills, through which one can get to Effretikon, the nearest town. The staff were very nice, especially Maria, who answered questions right away and solved a few problems for us.
  : The location. If you don't have your own car, this is somewhat distant from Effretikon, where you can take trains. Although it seems like there should be a bus from the station to the hotel, there isn't. You have to use either taxi or Uber. As of this writing (18 June 2023), it costs about 10 CHF from the station to the hotel, and 33 CHF (by Uber) from the hotel to the station! Also, there is no restaurant, grocery store, or cafe in the area. So, make sure to take food with you.
