  : Breakfast was amazing. champagne for breakfast put that cherry on top. I even turned it into a Mimosa! :) The facilities were clean, location was perfect right at the heart of old town and only 10 minute walk from the train station with suitcases.
  : Honestly the women working at the front desk were not friendly and didnt act like they cared about us when we were totally polite. I loved the Hotel despite the staff. We told the younger women working at the front desk we wanted to go to the Gondola and she never mentioned there was a discount code for half the cost to go up. We came back and asked her and she goes "there are 2 signs in the hotel" rudely. We dont just acknowledge every little piece of paper scattered around the hotel. Please tell your guests this when they are inquiring about something while asking for directions. Its a shame women like that ruin the experience of the hotel. Maybe if they change their attitudes they will get more respect in their job.

  : This was a good basic hotel, decor a little dated and lighting could be improved but everything worked.

  : The hotel itself was very nice and the breakfast was very good and even included champagne.
  : I had written the hotel upon first booking it months ago telling them about my allergies and they confirmed that they could give me a room that would be good for me. When arriving I told them it smelled of perfume and scented detergent and the maid said I should have informed them if I needed a special room. When I said I had done that she knew nothing of it. The next day and went down and told them the room was making me sick which it was. My throat was sore, eyes red, and nose running. The girl at the desk was going to show me another room, but another woman stepped in who acted like an owner and said no. She grabbed her keys and went up to our room and declared that it did not smell of scented detergent or perfume and that if I had a problem to sleep with the windows open. She showed us how to close the shutters but it did not allow enough air flow that I could breathe and tolerate the room. So we had to sleep with the windows open when it was going down to 39 Fahrenheit. I spend the whole three days only getting 3-4 hours sleep a night. The fact that it made me sick made no difference to the management. Anyone knowing about allergies will tell you that someone who doesnt have that allergy wont notice the smell as they are not sensitive to it. To walk in the room and just decide it is fine it not possible. If I hadnt asked before going I wouldnt be as upset, but this was way out of line. Very poor management
