: Perfect location next to the train/bus station. Spacious room and comfortable bed. The people working at the hotel restaurant are delightful, and the restaurant has a bright and lovely atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay after disembarking from the Bernina Express.
: I had booked a single room with lake view and they gave me a one-bedroom suite with bunk beds in the living room (with a view of the train station), not sure how this happened... by the time I realized there was a mixup, it was already quite late so I did not ask to change rooms.

: Beautiful location by Lago Poschiavo and buses & trains conveniently stop right outside Hotel Romantica. Single Room was spacious & well-equipped with functional design. Generous breakfast buffet with lots of choices. Dined at Hotel Restaurant 3 nights in a row and enjoyed every single meal. Food was well prepared with fresh local ingredients, simply delicious - Compliments to the Chef! Exemplary Service & Warm Hospitality from Mrs Lardi. Well taken care of by the team from the moment I arrived till my departure. Mrs Lardi really went above & beyond to provide me with a comfortable, pleasant stay - Thank You!
: Wash basin initially drained water very slowly but got better on 2nd day. Too many flies at Restaurant which slightly marred enjoyment of meals - reckon even the flies can't resist the scrumptious food.
