  : Comfort, location and apartment itself was ok.
  : a) I had some late arrival. It was not easy to find a key. Luckily, person living there helped me. b) despite numerous requests I did not get any invoice. My emails were simply ignored. c) 200 CHF guarantee amount was signed off from my card. Only when I realized about this, the sum was returned deducted by tax. I am a frequent traveller, but honestly it was the worst service I ever experienced.

  : Unbelievable. They retained a fraction of the deposit. One month after departure I realised no return of the deposit had been implemented. When asked for the reason they initially blamed "Booking". Two weeks later, te deposit was reimbursed but only partly. When queries for the grounds for this, they said it was due to deduction of taxes. But the booking indicated (as it still reads in Booking as of today) that all taxes and charges are included in the original price displayed and paid, and that the deposit is returned in full (subject to discounts due to damages). Then they sent a picture of a chair (in which not damage could be seen of any sort). The chair did not belong to the property although they claimed it was damaged. I sent them the pictures taken when leaving the property which did not show such chair (they just invented it). Then they argued that the towels were dirty. Worst of all: the tone in which they replied was unbelievable, full of insults of all sorts in the words of tones, also highly xenophobic, despite politely simply having claimed back the deposit. Do not book with them.

  : The location was perfect right by key tram spots. Apartment was spotless and had a great view from the balcony
  : There was no air conditioning which was quite uncomfortable during the heat but was manageable!
