Lake Lodge Hostel

Set in a traditional Swiss chalet Lake Lodge Hostel is located directly at Lake Brienz and offers a free private beach a large garden with outdoor furnishings and panoramic views of the Alpine landscape. Rooms and dormitory rooms at the Lake Lodge come functionally furnished and with shared bathroom facilities. Most boast lake or mountain views and some contain a balcony as well. The apartment comes with a well-equipped kitchen.

Bikes can be rented on site and table tennis equipment and kayaks are also available for an additional free. Other outdoor activities including river rafting canoeing sky diving paragliding and bungee jumping can be arranged at the hostel's reception. Shared kitchen and lounge are offered for guests’ convenience and a vending machine with drinks can be found on the premises. The nearest restaurant is right next door and the closest grocery shop is 200 metres away.

You can also make free use of the barbecue facilities provided in the garden. Lake Lodge Hostel enjoys a spot on the shore of the picturesque village of Iseltwald which has maintained its tranquil and unspoiled atmosphere of a traditional fishing settlement. Interlaken with its touristic attractions and shopping opportunities is accessible in 10 minutes by car.
