: Check in was fast and easy, friendly staff trying her best to explain everything to me in English. Room was big with spectacular view, Dinner and breakfast are great, Tiago from the restaurant are friendly and welcoming, thumbs up for him!
: Check out could be a little bit more efficient and polite, as I was trying to check out early in the morning at 8am but the different staff told me "too early and she is not ready yet", So I waited for a little while when she is ready.

: Can't say as I never got there
: I was looking forward to this stay but unfortunetely did not make it. I did not see any special instructions on how to get to the property at the time of the booking (that should have been in bold red letters on the top of the hotel's description), and if I would seen them - I would not book. The instructions were at the bottom of the generic email Booking.com sends out. There was no addition messages from the hotel. For the price - the customer service should have been much better. Very disappointed.
