  : The location was ideal for us. The room was clean and comfortable.
  : We had an issue with a lightning in the room. In the morning the electricity switched off totally for our room because of some defect in room entry card switcher.

  : OK all around hotel and facilities considering it is in Tutrakan. They allowed us to store our bikes in an adjacent area.
  : The staff treated us as if we were a nuisance and owed them something. We did not feel welcome at any point in time.

  : A modern and nicely presented building. The rooms were also very clean.
  : We arrived late afternoon on a Sunday, after a day's cycling. We were worried that no one was in reception and the restaurant was closed too. The instructions on the door saif that if closed, one should go to the restaurant!Ok, two phone calls clarified how to get to our room.But we were also not happy that there was still no receptionist by 7:45 in the morning. We had been told that someone would be there at 7:00 in the morning and had waited for a while. We then left, but had to leave money in cash, and more than we should have paid, because we did not have the correct change. This was annoying.But on the positives, we did have a good night's sleep in a comfortable room.

  : The room was advertised as having a view of the river. Unfortunately, all that could be seen are trees.
