  : It was quiet, and not far from the centre.
  : It was dirty and poorly maintained. Other people's hair in the shower cabin, moldy, half a role of toilet paper, almost used-up block of soap, yellow stains on the pillow case. Our room was double-booked and we were given a far inferior room without prior notification or valid excuse.

  : The host and how she got out of her way to provide every possible comfort for us. It is a lovely house and though the furniture and appliances were a little out of date, it did have everything we needed.
  : The mattresses were spring and not foam, that was the only thing.

  : The room was warm. Welcome as it's November. Bed was ok. Shower was ok although it drains onto the floor of the bathroom.
  : Pretty dusty in places. Others have mentioned the brown net curtains. It's true.Very slow communication before arrival.Couldn't communicate at all when I arrived even though I was trying to use Google Translate. I'd just bought fresh food to cook when I arrived. I was wet and cold. When I got there, there was no kitchen or oven available as advertised. I'd just cycled over 100km from Sofia and so that was pretty disappointing. The lady running it was more interested in getting paid. I needed 2 lev change back. It never arrived. Not massive, more the principle. She also got my chicken that I couldn't cook or take on the bike the next day. If you can find somewhere else, go there instead.
