: My girlfriend and I are very very disappointed how this woman made us hoped and payed for nothing.The number one reason why we booked this hotel is because the massage is inclusive, pool and sauna are secondary. Apparently the woman owner managed to make excuses every time we asked when we can have our massage.This are the answers she gave us every time we asked when we can have our massage.Anytime that you want.I can’t do it because I will eat suffer and I will check my schedule and let you know after dinner.We can make a schedule in the morning.During breakfast:Oh I will try to move my appointments for your massage.Oh Apparently I can’t bacause I have Doctor’s appointment.Would you like to use the swimming pool or sauna? But let me know what time because we need to prepare it.Who would use inside pool and sauna in a nice weather?We booked for two nights and unfortunately we have to leave the next day. We asked the woman again if we get our money back for the second night. Well she did it again.I have no control of that because you booked that to booking.com.The woman has friendly face but she has no integrity or sense of customer service. Her partner is also friendly.Room looks good but not cleaned properly. Dust everywhere and broken coffee machine. One cookie for two guests. Dirty jacuzzi.Good luck choosing this B&B HotelMijn vriendin en ik zijn heel erg teleurgesteld over hoe deze vrouw ons deed hopen en voor niets betaalde.De reden waarom we dit B&B hebben geboekt is omdat de massage inclusief is, zwembad en sauna is bijzaak. Blijkbaar slaagde de eigenaarresse erin om excuses te maken telkens als we vroegen wanneer we onze massage konde krijgen.Dit zijn de antwoorden die ze ons gaf telkens we vroegen wanneer we onze massage konden krijgen.Altijd wanneer je maar wilt.Ik kan het nu niet doen omdat mijn avond eten eronder lijdt en ik zal mijn schema controleren en laat het je weten na het eten.
