  : More than enough parking spaces. Breakfast was nice and acceptable price. It would have been nice to have a water cooker at the room or to borrow it for some extra caution payment. It is totally advisable to people who are staying for business.

  : The rooms are simple, compact but clean and have everything necessary for your base location. It is good value for money.
  : The location in Ruusbroek is a little further out for Brussels but if you have a car or familiarise the transport routes, it is not too much of an issue.

  : We booked only accommodation, no breakfast so I can evaluate only that. The beds were very comfortable, the room not too big but nice, it's very clean and that is of the key importance to us. It was peaceful and nice to sleep. The staff is nice and kind. They provided useful information on our public transport options. Traffic connections to the city center and the airport are good and various. From the hotel, you can use different buses to reach the metro station, or use a bus/train to reach the downtown area and the airport as well. That is good since the hotel's location is in the suburb of Brussels and it will be more expensive to use a taxi to get there from the airport than to go to the city center.
  : We didn't get the information on some taxi that we could call and that is rather strange. Hotels usually cooperate with some taxi companies and make it easier for guests to travel because they share that piece of information. I don't think the staff wasn't ready to help but that is actually some kind of policy of the owners. Other transport detailed and useful pieces of information that helped us a lot were shared by the staff. I don't think it takes much time and effort to provide that kind of support. Also, what is rather strange and again not so convenient is that we didn't have the chance to leave our baggage in the reception area (some storage room, of course) for a couple of hours until the moment of our check-in. We were new to the place, just arrived from the airport after an early 3-hour flight, never been there before and wanted to get some nearby refreshment (no coffee bar in the hotel apart from some snack and fizzy /soft drinks/pizza vending machines) and it was not comfortable for us to take our luggage with us and walk around. Again, I don't think it's a big investment to construct that kind of additional room but contributes to comfort of guests.

  : A good place to stay for a stopover for Eurostar....10 minutes on the regional train, and a third of the price of hotels around Brussels Midi.

  : We felt uncomfortable at this location. Also the fact that we couldnt check in early was fine,except the fact that the people in front of us at the desk where check in on what seemed to be an hourly rate. Also guest was leaving which appeared an hourly.
