WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
Please inform Residentie Kursaal in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property.
A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
The reservation deposit can be paid by bank wire or Paypal.

To secure your reservation a deposit of 30% is required if the arrival date is more than 6 weeks after booking. The balance (70%) has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If arrival is within 6 weeks after booking, the full amount must be paid. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

Please note that the private parking is located at a 6-minute walk.
