WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 6 per day.

Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
No extra beds are available.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.

A damage deposit of EUR 350 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that there is a standard baby cot, while a second is possible on request and needs to be confirmed by the accommodation.

Please note that your reservation is confirmed once the pre-payment has been received on the bank account of the property. Guests will receiver further instructions from the accommodation after their booking.

Please note that 1 small pet is allowed per apartment, on request and against a surcharge.

The daily rental price does come with 15€/day of energy-usage included. The overconsumption will be deducated from the security bond paid.
