  : The building itself was nice
  : Having to pre book dinner with virtually no Bar alternative. Couldnt use restaurant because accompanied by dog and my evening meal was a few cheese balls at the bar. The tables in the lounge bar area had wire legs. The decor in the hotel was austere and there were no windows in my room other than in the sloping roof.

  : Extremely beautiful and nicely renovated house and spa.
  : There was no staff at the spa. A couple of things were a little inconvenient e.g. we had to call the reception to light up the fire place and to get large towels. On our second day the Hamam was turned off.

  : Location is beautiful, in the middle of a rural area. I was hoping for some peace and quietness. That did not happen. Parking is easy, plenty of space.
  : Reception and NOISE during the night which resulted in zero rest! I arrived late and reception was unmanned. Phone instructions were useless as phone did not work. You then need to find a waiter in the restaurant willing to 'go find someone'. Until 2 AM, people were bouncing around (I assume on a wooden floor somewhere) and dragging furniture over the floor. First I thought it was a rowdy neighbor, but since it started again at 4 AM, I assume it was staff in the adjoining bar/restaurant.

  : The staff, is really friendly and accommodating. We were late for breakfast, and even though most items were cleared they asked if we needed anything and got it for us. Great masseuse, really professional and good technique.
  : The heating system is set to a fixed temperature, which is fine but our suite was situated at the back witch huge ceiling to floor windows which makes the room colder so for the outer suites the temperature setting needs to be higher. At first glance it was all clean, but at the feet of our bathtub at the back it was clearly neglected for several months. There was construction happening, which wasnt to bad noise wise. But it didnt make the view any better, and there wasnt any strolling around the premises. Wouldve liked to be informed by the staff this was happening beforehand.
