  : i booked a room and paid for it but then they sent a link to pay deposit which cost more than the room price.The room cost 110, they tried to take +150 from my card, I couldn't pay the deposit because I have a maestro card and no visa or master card. I sent a message where I asked if I could pay the deposit in another way but unfortunately... no proper response. we arrived at the location and it was already scary from outside. when we wanted to get the keys they were taken out so we couldn't get in. we called for hours to get someone there so that we could still pay the deposit in cash but no one came. They weren't friendly at all on the phone. we called booking but they couldn't help us either. we spent the whole night on the street because it was saturday evening and all the hotels were fully booked. At least i want them to refund my money. Thank you for this terrible night!

  : The bedroom had a velux window that was too high to open, I stayed during a heat wave and the room was like a sauna.The access stairs was an old spiral staircase, it made carrying luggage difficult.

  : The apartment when I arrived seemed clean at first, but then I discovered that the kitchen stuff had not been cleaned, the sofa was also not clean and there where spider webs almost at every corner of the apartment and I shared the house with a couple of wasps.By the way, I noticed from the first moment that the wifi was not working and I called them to notify, they told me they were going to do something but nothing was done during the 10 days I was supposed to stay.I didnt end up staying at that place for 10 days because one of those days, while I was at the apartment three men came into the house knowing the code of the door and then told me that they were at the wrong house. But still, they knew the code to the door of the apartment and could come back whenever they wanted, that felt really unsafe for me as a girl staying there alone so I had to leave.

  : The cleanliness, they were dirty stains on thekitchen wall and the floor wasn't clean.There were no hot water in the kitchen and the sink was clogged.The fridge wasn't cold, put drinks in it and thetemperature didn't change after hours.The bed was broken and they patched it up with tape.The wifi didn't worked well and the TV didn't worked at all.The stairs to reach the flat are narrow, old and scary.The staffs were not friendly and helpful at all! They don't answer to your messages, emails or calls. When they do answer to messages they are very rude. I tried to call and waited 1 hour to have someone on the phone and no one picked the phone. I ended hanging out because I was fed up.

  : The place looked good, even though many things did not work properly. The location of the flat is good.
  : Very bad experience. They gave me the wrong flat (duplex - I had deliberately chosen the studio). Strangely, the place gives you a list of rules (e.g. with trash) and takes a deposit, just in case, for damages made to the flat. But the flat is full of damages. It states that the flat is checked fully before stays. This not true. No electricity or hot water in the bathroom - you won't be able to take a shower during the pandemic (so it forced me to stay in for days, waiting for help). Caught a cold from washing in cold water. Smelly bathroom (with damaged door) beside the bedroom so you smell it all night. Fuse kept tripping (because of faulty kitchen devices - told them it was the electric kettle but they might not have changed it). You will have to be an electrician to stay here, because no official help will come. Coffee maker was not working (could not boil water). Damaged curtain in the living room. No lights in the corridor and stairway with steep stairs - very, very dangerous. Heard someone fall very loudly one day. Waited from check-in on Thursday to Monday for help with the flat, called almost everyday and asked booking.com for help too. No returned calls or messages from Smartflats despite them saying they would call back or send someone. No reply via their Whatsapp number even though I was told to send a message there for quick assistance. This is not proper hotel service - customers need help on weekends too., but it seems nothing gets done starting from Thursday evening. No help from the customer service - they tell you they cannot actually help you with anything and it is pointless telling them the problems with the flat. I had to threatened to leave with a full refund before anything was done. I also had to look for another Smartflats offer on booking.com - basically did the job of the customer service/the company - and ask to be moved there. Again, fell sick, very stressful and upsetting. Nothing good about this.
