Lovely Holiday Home in Ardennes Luxembourg with Garden

  : The house looked fine from the outside, and the location was nice.
  : The host was incredibly rude and lacked any kind of humanity. We erroneously forgot to inform that we were coming with one additional person (4 total for a house that sleeps 6) and that we had an additional dog (2 instead of 1). However, we were not aware that only 1 dog was allowed (Booking.com please note this on the description so it's clear!!!). When we arrived the owner refused to let us stay in the house, not even with an additional fee, or even for just one night! There was no other accommodation in the area as it was a holiday weekend and everything was sold out. We were not able to use the house, but were still charged for the full weekend electricity and a full weekend for 1 dog. Ridiculous! If the owner had shown even a little bit of empathy for the situation, even though we were clearly in the wrong, it would have made all the difference. Such a shame that people like this are in the 'hospitality' industry!
