  : Reception-less self check in hotel which had very poor communication. I showed up at my check in time and had no communication from the staff so was left standing at a code guarded door to get into the hotel. I had to call them to get a code and when they gave me a code it wasnt correct so i had to call back again. They were not interested in talking to me and were not helpful at all. Only received check in instructions after i had checked out.

  : the shower was cold on the first day, we contacted the Hotel and the answer wasn't effective

  : The hotel looked lovely from outside at night and the entrance way and stairs also looked good. The bed was very comfy. Modern style and good books about the city.
  : The location, although central, was iffy, with unpleasant graffiti on neighbouring properties and run down surrounding buildings. The television although large did not work!! The coffee machine leaked and had a frayed electric cable. The shower the toilet and the sink were all separate (not next to each other) and behind large black wardrobe doors! One set of blinds was broken, plug socket in kitchen was loose. Most worryingly the smoke alarm had been taken out so we had no warning in the room if a fire was to start. The code we were given for our room didnt work and I received a scam email pretending to be from booking.com that was quite convincing telling me I had to verify my payment details!! If I had done this I wouldve been charged twice. Beware
