  : There was here and there stuff needed to be cleaned e.g. the chairs on the balcony. The single bed wasn't nice to sleep on.

  : The location was perfect for our requirements and the facilities in the Ibis Budget were friendly & welcoming.
  : It would have been nice to have air conditioning as the weather was so hot, fortunately we took portable fans with us to use in the bedrooms. The apartment would be a bit crowded with more than 4 persons especially as there is only 1 wc.

  : My stay at this flat was quite disappointing. From the start, finding the entrance to the apartment was a challenge, especially when arriving late. The lack of clear signage made it easy to get lost, and although the reception staff were friendly, their service was frustratingly slow.Upon check-in, we were handed a list of rules, and one of these rules required us to clean the floors before checking out. This seemed like an unusual expectation for a rental property.I had requested a crib when making the reservation, but upon arrival, I was given a broken one. This was not only inconvenient but also potentially unsafe for my child.The most concerning issue occurred the next day when someone entered our apartment unannounced. When I raised this with the receptionist, they casually explained that housekeeping had the authority to enter at any time. This lack of privacy was a significant concern, especially given the premium price we paid for the apartment.Adding to the frustration, the flat did not offer cleaning services during our stay, yet they insisted on their right to enter whenever they pleased. This inconsistency in service was baffling and left us feeling uncomfortable.Additionally, trying to contact the reception by phone was a futile effort. It was necessary to go downstairs in person to address any issues.Lastly, the 300 deposit required for the flat seemed excessively high.Overall, I cannot recommend this place. The lack of privacy, unclear rules, inconsistent service, and excessive deposit made for an unsatisfactory stay. I do not plan to return in the future.

  : The breakfast is $15.00 per person per day and is not a good value, but convenient.
  : We were supplied with two towels and no bathmat, no hand towels and no wash clothes for 3 people. It took a visit to the desk and two phone calls to have this rectfied.

  : The apartment was nice, with the great view from the balcony. We liked the bedrooms. The two girls working at the reception around lunchtime on the first of November, made a good impression, and were very service-minded!
  : Ive received about 10 emails from you since making the reservation. Id rather have one, with the essential information that I actually need. Therefore: It was difficult to find the reception, as it is shared with another hotel(s). It took us some time to get to the right location. The city tax, came as an unpleasant surprise, I know that it was mentioned in one of all the emails, but I had missed that. I would prefer to pay the whole amount when I made the reservation. Only one key was provided for the apartment, which is a minus if you are four persons. The lock to our front door looked as if it had been broken recently?
