WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that bed linen and towels are not included in the rate. Guests must bring this themselves.

Please note that electricity costs are not included. Electricity is charged on departure based on consumption.
