: Lovely hotel with excellent, helpful staff. The facilities were as advertised and the hotel was comfortable. The location is a short walk from the town centre but this meant the rooms were quiet.
: Breakfast wasn't included in our room rate and was a little on the expensive side, so we didn't take it, preferring to walk into town for breakfast at one of the excellent cafes instead.

: A lovely family run hotel - beautifully designed and very clean and bright. The rooms were a good size and fair value for money in comparison with similar properties in the current market. We received a very warm welcome (maybe for some travellers if weary after a long journey even a bit too much information upon arrival, but I appreciated their efforts) and the proximity to the town was a bonus although it is not "5 mins walk" if you are with elderly relatives..Allow at least 10.
: Check out is relatively early at 11.30 - although the staff were very helpful and kept our bags, they were left in the public reception area which is unsightly for other guests and not as security conscious as some guests may wish. A dedicated luggage room should be available at a 4 star hotel... Also although buffet and honesty bar are lovely ideas - given that we are still in a pandemic I found it uncomfortable to have to eat and drink things touched by lots of other people - there was no alternative service available.
