  : Wonderful location, quiet and cosy building. Spacious room with beautiful facilities. The little touches like suggestions for breakfast venues (as I was not dining at the B&B) were much appreciated.
  : The air conditioning unit was difficult to work out. The toilet flush button was close to breaking. Very small details and absolutely not enough to detract from the enjoyment of the place.

  : Fantastic location right in the heart of Bruges, generous room size, well appointed room and really comfy bed. We had a lot of luggage with us so the storage and the generous wardrobe space was really useful. The new owners are super friendly and helpful and we loved the little extras like chilled water and pastries were left each day.

  : Almost everything was amazing! The location was great, the room (the deluxe) was beautiful, the staff were friendly and helpful, the bed was comfortable and the window blinds meant this was the first place we've stayed where I didn't need to wear my blackout sleep mask. If we ever return to Brugge, we'll be returning to the Butcher's Wife!
  : One minor thing: if you're above average height, be careful when climbing the stairs. As with many buildings in the city, there are some very low beams!

  : Decor was lovely.Location was great.Hermione was superb.Very quiet and although the 4 rooms were all occupied we didnt hear any noise whatsoever from any other guests.
  : An issue with our booking meant that we werent able to stay at the property the first night- this however was very swiftly sorted by the owner of the property who was very apologetic and efficiently solved the problem.Although the breakfast was huge and extremely tasty, the addition of multiple meat dips and mayonnaise based creations was just a bit too rich first thing in the morning. The cold meats, cheeses, fruit, bread and a few pastries were more than enough.

  : The B&B was located in a really convenient place close to everything. Access was easy, the place was very tastefully furnished and decorated. We had everything we needed for our stay, There was also a nice lounge area with an honesty bar, with coffee and a few drinks, which was a really nice touch.I would stay again and recommend to travellers.
  : Difficult to pick fault or anything that I didn't like.

  : The room was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Its in a great location for exploring Bruges.
  : When we arrived we couldnt get in as someone had locked the door from the inside, and as it is an unattended hotel there was no one to sort it out. We only got in by luck when someone else left. On our last morning there was some very load roadworks outside from 6am which we were not warned about, and when we reported it to the hotel they were completely not interested, and the person in the hotel only wanted to make sure she collected the city tax off us. They were digging up the road with a jackhammer and it literally was shaking the building. Not impressed, especially as we were looking forward to a leisurely start to our final day.

  : the location is great, the suite was clean
  : not clear that you need to select the option breakfast, although you are staying in a bed&breakast... I received a message from the property reminding me that I did not have breakfast at 9.11 am, when I was sited already at the breakfast table. I did not like the impersonal check in, staff kind but not really friendly. We were in suite N2, very badly isolated we could hear all the noises from outside.
