  : We booked apartment, but ended up in a room, when we asked how is that possible, host was extremely rude, said literally it is what it is, please pay me so I could go, everything is on pictures. I was traveling with my mom and aunt, it was not comfortable for two old ladies (63 and 69 years old) to be in 2 square meters room. When i asked about check out she said 9am although on booking is declared 12pm, she said only leave key inside the room. They are not registered as tourists facility that was confirmed by gotrebinje tourist information center. What could make us problems, because if you are not registered as tourist police can make you pay penalties. At gotrebinje tourist information center they told us this is extremely expensive for room. So I highly recommend first to contact gotrebinje.com and then they will help you find stay. The room at oki apartments was messy, at wardrobe was spider web, so I was not able to put my clothes there. I kept my stuff at suitcaseunexpected. On bed mattress you can feel wires, so we didnt get much sleep. The entrance was directly from the street, we heard everything from the street, every car, every conversation.Also, since we had bus for Montenegro at 9pm, before I booked the place the host said they are able to keep our luggage until we leave Trebinje, but today when I asked for agreement she said that she cant guarantee for luggage safety, because she will put it in garage, that is unlocked, facing the front of the street. After a small discussion she was able to lock the luggage (what I think is strange?? and not polite). When I came back to pick up luggage, her daughter in law opened and gave us our luggage, when we asked hows that that they are not registered, so that means they didnt register us as tourists, she became very upset about our questions, although we were on the street she told us with rude voice you are on my property so dont treat me like that. I was like WHAAAT?

  : The hosts were lovely people. Kitchen and bathroom are decent. Location is close to the centre. At night it's quiet.
  : If you're expecting Western comforts, this place isn't for you. It was overall a passable place to sleep. The apartment and the listing: The apartment I stayed in was on the ground floor. The pictures in the listing weren't of this apartment, but rather of the 1st floor. The one I stayed in was a reconverted office directly on the street, so people and cars passed by, all of which you could hear and see. Opening the window would make everyone see inside, and even if I opened only the top, people could still glimpse inside if you were on one side of the room. Through the window I could see every passerby's shadow. I was staying alone, so between the noise and the shadows, I felt quite exposed. It felt like at any moment someone would open the door, like I was sleeping in a public place. Also, the door has a window on top, above which a very bright light is on 24/7, so it was never dark inside the apartment. The beds and bedding: There was a sofa-bed and a bunk bed. The sofa bed's mattress was, well, a sofa-bed mattress, with a big dip in the middle. It was semi-comfortable. On the bunk bed mattress I could feel the springs. The bedding felt weird, like it had that "greasy" residue you get that doesn't wash away with soap (like when you touch the top of your kitchen extractor fan or the top of your cupboards, where grease settles). The wifi: The wifi was okay at best. A few times throughout the day it completely stopped working and was barely enough to send messages. Neighbours: thin walls. I could hear someone snoring, and their kids running around felt almost like they were in my own room. At some point something behind my wall was shaking/vibrating loudly and intensely for a few minutes at a time.
