  : Good location for transit travel. Very nice and compassionate cleaning lady, she was most helpful of all.
  : There was no one to receive us when we arrived. We needed to get a waiter from the restaurant to help us out. There came the trouble: He was not well informed, and hardly had any clue about booking.com. He seemed to be getting his info from his boss via social media. He insisted on taking our passports for as long as we stayed, which is absolutely unacceptable (Especially as we are EU citizens outside of the EU). We insisted that he should make a copy, and we only got our IDs back the next day. He acted very surprised about our expecations and came across as unsympathetic and a bit unmannered. All our info is in booking.com, this was a clear indication of the fact that the waiter did not working with the booking.com system. The rooms sufficed as a place to stay at. The airco did not work well and was very loud. All in all, not a good experience for me and would not come back.
