  : I can say for Room 208 - rusty soap holder in shower cabine - mold in shower cabine - ceramic cup for water was not cleaned for a long time: limescale inside :-(

  : 1) The breakfast is A-MA-ZING! It is fresh, mainly made of local products and with lots of varieties of food. It is also vegetarian friendly as there were no meat products, yet it was really super delicious and made us full for the next couple of hours, so that we could explore the city at peace. 2) The staff is very, very polite. This is rather a boutique hotel and it doesn't have a lot of staff. However, whomever we met was really polite and helpful (at the reception, in the restaurant and alike). At any time of the day/night, they were giving us boiled water for my baby's feeding bottles. When we were checking out, the cook lady gifted us a bag of freshly made croissants, so that kids have them for the trip. If not for anything else, I would definitely come back to this hotel because of its staff! 3) The location - The hotel is adjacent to the city's citadel and offers spectacular views of it right from the restaurant where we were served our breakfast. There is an open parking as well as the garage, so you don't have to think where to leave your car. The city centre is near, but since we were travelling with our little ones and it was snowing, we decided to go downtown by car. For sure it would be a lovely walk too since the neighborhood of the hotel is really picturesque - narrow streets, old houses, couple of mosques, the clock tower, some small graveyards and the fortress.
  : Even though it was described differently, there was no kettle in the room and we couldn't boil water for our baby's milk. However, as per what I wrote above, the staff solved it by providing us hot water whenever needed. The phone in our room was not working, so we couldn't call the reception. They have a sign that the water in the bathroom is not for drinking, yet they left 2x0.33ml bottles of water for 4 of us (and we arrived quite late, so there was no option of buying water somewhere that night). There was no closet in the bedroom (we stayed only one night and for us it was totally irrelevant, but if 4 adults book the same room for a longer period, it might be an issue).

  : The breakfast is basic but good. The room was not cleaned during my stay which is unusual to me, however I perfectly understand this.
