  : Quiet location. The mosque is right behind the apartment but not too loud and you are able to sleep. Toilletries - a lot to choose from. Walkable distance to the old part of town. Free parking below the house. Well stuffed with spices if you want to cook. Good Wi-Fi. A lot of candies. Big enough for the family with two young kids.
  : Some 10+ artificial home frangrances hanged on the doorhandles. It was too aggressive for us and we moved them away in a drawer only to find out an odd odour present after we returned - a mix of a cigarette smoke and mold would be my guess. Bedroom - Leftovers from previous guests - a black male sock under the double bed. Men's used razor handle and dirty plastic bag in the top drawer of the night cupboard on the right. The amount of dust under a double bed was striking. It looked like cotton wool clumps comparable to an adult male fist. Double bed headboard fell down. I rehooked it back up. Maybe it needs just a screw tightening. Clipped finger nails in the drawer under the toilet sink. Smelly towels but only after you wiped your body dry. Kitchen - Teflon egg pan totally scratched. Big knife handle falling apart (you have a few others to choose from), lower (kitchen) drawer front falling down, upper cupboard with spices dirty - red peper scatered.

  : The equipment of the apartment is really good, everything you could need is available. You can also see that a lot of thought has been put into the design of the rooms and interior, it seems quite modern. The host's brother was really friendly, but it seemed that he was also overwhelmed that we were already there at 4.30PM and the apartment was not ready yet. He was really polite as a host should be. For the cheap price I think that all the aspects I have written below can be expected, because we only paid 50 Euros for 4 adults.
  : the host of the apartment asked us the day before when we will be arriving and I told him sometime later in the afternoon, however our plans changed due to health reasons and we were in Travnik at 2PM. I wrote a message to the host to provide us more information how to get to the apartment, he then told us that the room was not ready and quite impolitely answered that everyone would expect that arrival would be after 5PM and that I should have told him. He let other guests stay until 2PM although our check-in would have been 1PM and I have not given him any certain information on when we would get there and he didn't tell me that other guests wanted to stay longer. He said that the cleaning lady would arrive at 3PM and an hour later we could check-in, which was okay for us. However, when we arrived at 4.30PM the apartment was still not ready and the host's brother was cleaning the apartment.As soon as we checked-in the host wrote me a message that he was in Croatia and that his brother would be my contact, so I never got the chance to address my issue personally and the host's brother didn't know anything about the issue we had before. I would also not have minded at all if the host wouldn't have been impolite and telling us that we should have told him in the morning when we would arrive although we ourselves didn't know then, it was my sister's health that made us change plans and after not knowing that the apartment wouldn't be ready, expecting it to be available at 1PM I didn't think about it.The apartment was therefore not really clean, toilet was dirty with feces left from the guests before, long hair on the floor from previous guests, bugs on the kitchen floor, stains on the couch. The shower was also leaking, after taking a shower you stepped onto a wet bathmat because it leaked.Smart tv is available, but Netflix didn't work. When you logged into your account it just froze and you couldn't choose a movie.
