  : Its located in very convenient place.
  : 1. Shower easily turn to be cold after 15 mins. But I think its normal in Bosnia.2. The room was a bit dusty for sensitive person like me. Maybe they better to wash curtain once in a while. 3. We saw other 2 guests completely lost how to checkin or get a key for the booked apartment room during our stay (4 days). Need more clear instruction. I myself took more than 20 mins to get in the room.

  : The apartment is at the city center and looks nice. Thats about all that is good about it.
  : People who own the apartment are actually a company. The phone number that is provided is fake, and there is no email. We texted them through booking when we arrived, they take an hour to respond to every message. We couldnt get into the apartment because the key is left at the lockbox and we couldnt open it, and there is NO ONE EVER to pick up your calls or to help you. The windows in the apartment were open and LOCKED and we couldnt close them. Again, it takes hours for someone to respond. Until then, you are freezing. When we managed to find a key and close them, we realized that there was still wind coming from the windows, so we had to put pillows on them. The first night we lost the key to the apartment but we couldnt reach anyone so we had to spend the night at the hotel nearby.Really bad experience, wouldnt recommend. Save yourself the headache.

  : Compact, functional, relaxing design. Almost in the heart of old city. Recently furnished, feels good. Not crowded with furniture. Very clean and felt safe.
  : Internet was slow. There could be some more stock for self cookers: salt, plant based oil, etc. More noise than expected from main street, despite double glass windows.
