  : I would like to express my disappointment regarding the hotel's decision to charge guests for using the sunbeds at the small mini pool. In my opinion, this practice detracts from the overall guest experience and comes across as an unnecessary additional cost. It would be much more welcoming and customer-friendly to offer sunbeds as a complimentary amenity, especially considering that other hotels in the area provide this service free of charge. I hope the hotel can reconsider this policy to enhance the satisfaction of its guests. Additionally, I observed that the sunbeds were not clean, which was disappointing and uncomfortable. I believe that maintaining cleanliness and hygiene should be a top priority in the pool area to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of guests.Furthermore, the policy of not allowing guests to bring their own drinks to the pool was frustrating. It would have been more convenient and enjoyable to have access to refreshments while lounging by the pool.During my entire stay, I was not provided with fresh towels, which is a basic expectation for any hotel. This lack of attention to such a fundamental amenity greatly affected my overall comfort and satisfaction during my stayI found the buffet selection for breakfast to be quite poor. The limited variety and quality of the options offered did not meet the standard I would expect from a hotel of your reputation.

  : The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. The room was nice, with all the facilities you need and the bed was super comfy. The staff at A la carte restaurant was so nice and the food was amazing.
  : A lot of the staff did not speak english, which made it very hard to communicate. The location was way too crowded. The pool area was very small and under a roof, so there wasn't much space for sunbathing. You had to pay 15km for the sunbeds by the pool and 10km on the beach, which we found super weird, for the price we paid for our stay.
