  : Deni welcomed us in a warm way, showed us where to park and gave other helpful information. The apartment is very close to the old town which was convenient as we could always come back in between our explorations to refresh, use the bathroom, fill up drinks etc.

  : Location was good. Not far from the sightseeing places (there are a few steps to climb though). Check-in till 10pm and I was also assured later check-in would be possible in case by bus got delayed. Wifi was working great. They put a water bottle for me in the fridge. Tea and instant coffee available. There is a small kitchenette in the room. Air-conditioned. Flexibility to pay in Euros or local currency. Some things mentioned in other reviews like privacy in the bathroom and the room being too dark, that was not the case in my view (could have been improved). There are blinds on the windows and enough lighting in the room.
  : The sink in the toilet is very small and the tap too high which can easily lead to splashes of water falling on the floor etc. Some of the windows are too high to close without a ladder/chair. Initially there was some confusion about the guest registration (required by the BIH government for all people staying more than a day or two). But after some exchange Deni said he would take care of it.

  : Good location, close to the old town. Cheap for private apartment. There was kettle to make tea.
  : There was no warm water in the shower. The bed isn't comfortable - materace is too soft. Also the sheets didn't seem clean, smelled a bit weird and I found some black hair on it. Also it was a bit cold during the night so a blanket or duvet would be nice. Also, there were no windows except for a small one at the top next to entrance. Not visible from the bed etc.
