  : Good location, a 10 min walk from the old Town and a supermarket 5 mins away and the host was very helpful with her suggestions on places to go. The bedrooms were spacious.
  : Our only suggestion for improvement would be some more utensils in the kitchen as we only had 1 knife to share between us and a few of the cupboard handles are loose / fall off

  : The apartment is huge and near the old city of Mostar, just a 5/10 min walk. The host is trying her very best to make you feel happy, in our opinion a little bit too much. In 5 days she sent us 87 text messages and insisted on meeting us in person even though her husband gave us the keys and we were satisfied with that. A little less would be great. :) The neighbourhood is quiet and safe.
  : There could be a little more things in the kitchen to cook/eat there by yourself. The aircon seemed to have a hard time with the heat in Mostar, it took hours before it was cool, but probably because of the heat. :)

  : All perfect, the host, location, rooms everything was perfect.

  : The location was ok, not too far to walk from the old bridge. The owners were very friendly and helpful with directions to find the property and gave us lots of ideas for sightseeing.
  : I was very disappointed that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper made available to us. We had to make a special trip out when we noticed that there was only the one. Also there is no heating in any of the bedrooms only the living room. We were sleeping in our jackets, hats and scarves the first night. The next day I asked the owners, if there was any heating and were told finally, after some time, that there was a heater we could use and it's location, but that generally it was only used for babies and children. There was 5 of us, none babies or children, and we were all freezing bar one who slept in the living room. We had to share the heater between 3 bedrooms which was very inconvenient and unpleasant. Also there were no extra blankets which might have made things more bearable. Additionally there were not enough utensils in the kitchen for an apartment which is able to sleep 6 and the dishes weren't very clean. We had to wash every dish before we used it which was inconvenient. The people seemed really nice and I hope in writing this review it will help them to make their apartment better for future guests
